Order Processing and Handling Policy

Apextra Labs is committed to ensuring that all orders are processed accurately, securely, and in a timely manner. This Order Processing and Handling Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and conditions associated with order processing, including payment verification, packaging, and handling.

 

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing Time:
     

    • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
       

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders:
     

    • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or recognized public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
       

  • Peak Seasons and High Volume Periods:
     

    • During peak sales periods, including promotional events, holiday sales, and product launches, processing times may be extended by an additional 1-2 business days.
       

 

2. Payment Verification and Processing:

  • Standard Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers):
     

    • Orders paid using standard payment methods are subject to standard verification protocols and are typically processed within the standard 1-3 business day timeframe.
       

  • Cryptocurrency Payments:
     

    • Orders paid via cryptocurrency may require additional verification and processing time due to the nature of blockchain transactions.
       

    • Apextra Labs reserves the right to request further verification for cryptocurrency payments to mitigate risks of fraud or chargebacks.
       

    • Cryptocurrency transactions must be confirmed on the blockchain before order processing can begin. This process may add an additional 24-48 hours to the order processing time.
       

 

3. Order Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Order Confirmation:
     

    • Upon successful order placement, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the order details, estimated processing time, and expected shipping date.
       

  • Order Updates and Tracking:
     

    • Once the order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including the tracking number and a link to track the package in real time.
       

 

4. Handling and Packaging:

  • Secure Packaging:
     

    • All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and labeled to ensure product integrity and minimize the risk of damage during transit.
       

    • Apextra Labs utilizes tamper-evident packaging for all shipments to guarantee the authenticity and safety of products.
       

  • Discreet Shipping:
     

    • Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers to maintain customer privacy and prevent tampering.
       

    • No product names or branding will be visible on the exterior packaging.
       

 

5. Processing Delays and Notifications:

  • Processing Delays:
     

    • In the event of unexpected processing delays due to inventory shortages, payment verification issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be promptly notified via email with an updated estimated processing time.
       

  • Backorders:
     

    • If a product is out of stock or backordered, customers will be notified and provided with options to:
       

      • Wait for the item to restock
         

      • Substitute with a similar product of equal value
         

      • Receive a store credit or refund for the backordered item
         

 

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Order Modifications:
     

    • Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changing the shipping address, product quantity, or payment method may only be made prior to the order being processed.
       

    • To request a modification, contact Apextra Labs customer support immediately at info@apextralabs.com with the order number and requested change.
       

  • Order Cancellations:
     

    • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
       

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days, excluding any cryptocurrency payment delays.
       

 

7. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification:

  • Apextra Labs reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent or suspicious.
     

  • Customers may be required to provide additional verification, such as identification or proof of payment, to complete the order.
